What to Expect: Enquries, Visiting, and Telehealth
Filling in an enquiry form
Our forms are designed to help us get a basic understanding of your needs so we can respond appropriately.
They take about 5 mins to complete and include information about:
- your contact details
- what you would like support with
- mental and physical health history
- risk screening for therapy enquries to determine if you are suitable for waitlist
There is space on the enquiry forms for any questions you have.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
After you submit an online enquiry:
- We'll review the information you've shared
- Our reception team will be in touch within 2 business days
- We'll help you understand the next steps and answer any questions you have
- We'll discuss fees, referrals, and payment options before booking
Where is your Toowoomba office and how do I get there?
We are located at Suite 2B, Level 1, 158 Margaret Street, Toowoomba, within the New Leaf Social Work space.
Enter via the front walkway between the shops on Margaret Street and follow signs to the lift on the left. Take the lift or stairs to Level 1 — the office is on the right-hand side.
Paid street parking and nearby car parks are available.
The office door is kept locked, so please take a seat on the chairs outside and your clinician will come out to you.
How do Telehealth appointments work?
Telehealth appointments require a reliable internet connection and device with a microphone and camera.
You will receive the link to your session in reminder emails and SMSs. The same link is used for all sessions you will have with NeuroAffirm so you can enter via any reminder email.
At the time of your appointment:
- Click on the Telehealth link. You don't need to download any software.
- Enter your name and a photo will be taken. Indicate your consent to the session.
- You will then enter a virtual waiting room and your psychologists will admit you to the session.
Security information: Telehealth sessions are delivered via Healthdirect Australia using Coviu data encrypted end-to-end software for the call.
